PRINTCONNECT Fourways Mall offers a range of business and personal support services including courier services (domestic and international), printing and copying, packaging, criminal background checks, stationery sales, vehicle disc renewals, and other business support services designed to make the life and business operations of our cherished customers easier. PRINTCONNECT (www.PRINTCONNECT.co.za) partners with reputable local courier companies such as Courier Guy, Pudo by Courier Guy, RAM, SkyNet, Internet Express, Fastway Couriers, City Logistics and international courier companies: DHL, FedEx, to bring exceptional courier services to our cherished customers. While we aim to offer a one-stop solution for your convenience, each service is subject to the operational terms and conditions of our respective partners.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with any of our services, whether in-store, over the phone, or via our online contact channels, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is designed to ensure mutual understanding and fair use of our services.

3. Service Use

All services provided are subject to availability and may be impacted by factors outside our control such as public holidays, courier partner capacity, or supply chain disruptions. Customers are responsible for ensuring parcels and documents are packed securely and meet the safety, size, and weight requirements of the chosen courier. We reserve the right to refuse any item that we believe is unsafe, prohibited by law, or violating courier partner policies.

4. Pricing & Payment

All our prices are either displayed in-store, online, or quoted at the time of service. Prices may vary without prior notice due to changes in partner courier rates, inflation, or supplier costs. Payments must be made in full before the service is initiated. We accept various payment methods including cash, debit/credit card, and other approved electronic payment systems.

5. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide complete and accurate details for all services, including correct recipient names, delivery addresses, and contact numbers. Requests for printing should be accompanied by adequate instructions and measurements. Incorrect or incomplete information can cause delays or failed deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or losses arising from inaccurate information, insufficient packaging, or failure to comply with courier restrictions, and service requirements.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the price charged for the service requested, or maximum coverage provided by the relevant courier partner for courier services, which may vary depending on the service chosen. This means that in the event of loss or damage, compensation will be calculated according to the courier’s policy, not exceeding the declared or replacement value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in services, laws, or operational requirements. Updates will be made available in-store and, where possible, via our official communication channels. Continued use of our services after such updates will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.
